What is the delivery delay ?

Orders are processed and shipped the day of placing the order or the next day, depending on the time your order is placed. Once the order is delivered to the Post Office, standard UK delivery takes 48 hours for items to be delivered to your address. If you need your sleepwear sooner than 3-5 days, please select Express or Next Working Day delivery.

How much are the delivery costs?

Standard UK delivery (3-5 working days): FREE

Express UK delivery (1-2 working days): £5

Next Working Day (orders placed before 10:30 am UK time): £8

Do you ship abroad?

We currently only ship to the UK, but have plans to ship internationally soon!

If I return a product, when am I reimbursed?

The refund is made after receipt and acceptance of your return by our fulfilment centre. We will inspect your return to make sure it is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, to be eligible fora refund. If approved, we will process your refund via the means of payment that you had initially chosen.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@wedrifters.co.uk.

Is it possible to make an exchange?

During the Christmas holidays you have until the end of January to exchange items.

Outside of the Christmas holidays, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exchange your sleepwear for a different size. Items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please send us an email at customercare@wedrifters.co.uk and we will send you a return slip and return address. The new size will be shipped after receipt and acceptance of your return by our fulfilment centre.
